The pay is dependent on your skill level, experience, tools, and related factors. We will tell you the specific hourly wage for each new assignment. The majority of our assignments have a predetermined pay rate set by our client company. Personnel Plus does not set the pay rate and does not deduct any service fees from your wages. You will have the opportunity to deny or accept each assignment. Our minimum starting wage is set by Idaho wage and hour; however, failure to work/complete a full shift, poor performance, unreliability, or violation of company policies may result in the minimum wage for hours worked.

How do I get paid?

We process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly basis, depending on the client company you work for. Most of our assignments are paid weekly. You will need to present us with an authorized and completed time slip from a client representative where you are placed. You can utilize our free check service, but may also sign up for a direct deposit or request a Visa debit card through Global Cash Card (transitioning to Wisely) which has several no-charge ATMs.

These tools may be provided to you for use with a signed deduction form that may be charged to you if the tools are not returned at the end of the assignment.
