Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING Accounts Payable/Inventory Specialist in Boise, ID
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
- $18-$20 per hour-DOE
- Small, friendly, local company in East Boise
Duties:
- Provide payables, receivables, and inventory support to a local petroleum company
- Invoice customers
- Update daily price changes
- Process payments
- File, scan, and email invoices
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Track sales and inventory of warehouse
- Assist with answering phones/customer service
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Accounts Payable experience
- Record maintenance and data entry experience
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong customer service skills
