Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING an Administrative Assistant for the Maintenance and Purchasing Division

  • Full-time, temp-to-hire position with a reputable Boise company
  • Monday-Friday, 7 am – 4 pm
  • $18.00 p/h+, DOE
  • Excellent benefits package


  • The Maintenance and Purchasing Administrator is responsible for a variety of administrative activities and tasks, including maintaining shop schedules, vacation calendars, time off requests
  • Monitoring time clock entries and corrections
  • Data entry, filing, requesting quotes, placing orders, record keeping, equipment rentals
  • Quarterly inventory, technician new hire set up, vendor oversite, and inventory control
  • Occasionally assist in preparing presentations, creating charts, and creating or updating databases
  • Assist maintenance and parts manager as requested with regular reporting
  • Accurately complete tasks within the necessary time frame
  • Other related duties as assigned



  • Effective communication verbally and through e-mail
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Attentive to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically, Excel and Word
  • Follow Quality, Production, and Safety Policies
  • Able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand on concrete for extended periods, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds
  • Able to work overtime and weekend hours as needed
