We are seeking an office assistant for a new company in the Payette area that packages plastic molds. This position will be long term, temp to hire with weekends off. A reliable individual with at least 6 month experience in an office setting is preferred. The perfect individual will be willing to run errands all over the warehouse as well as have proficient computer skills. Computer programs such as power point, excel, word, office, publisher and emailing through outlook. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to work outside the box and welcomes new challenges. Position may include but is not limited to: answering phones, fax and email, interacting with employees, distributors and other office personnel. A strong base of computer skills is needed; sending emails, creating flyers, assisting with time cards, and new employee orientation packets etc.
The Administrative Support Specialist may provide support in any one, or all of the following areas:
- Scheduling Appointments/orientations
- Basic ordering of supplies and taking inventory
- Answering phones
- Taking messages
- Email/ Fax
- Strong computer skills Data entry
