Answer Center Specialist- State of Idaho
Perform over-the-phone customer service as part of PERSI’s Answer Center (call-center). Will perform other office administration duties, including front-desk/reception work.
Example of Duties:
The incumbent will work in a contact center environment to speak directly with members and the public by telephone
Provide information on a wide variety of topics from available resources and reference materials
Determine appropriate referral and disposition of non-routine calls and questions
Maintain records and perform other routine clerical functions
Document interactions and navigate through multiple data entry systems and other relevant applications, tools, and resources while speaking on the phone
- A minimum of 6-months experience in a call center environment
- Experience accessing data using a computerized system
- Exceptional customer service skills
Schedule, Pay, Location:
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. The scheduled shift is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm with a one-hour lunch working out of our downtown Boise headquarters.
$14.00 per hour
