Working with the company owner to maintain inventory levels.
Accessing customer forecasts via various on-line portals and email correspondence.
Tracking and analyzing purchasing trends.
Billing daily shipments.
Customer service, answering end-user phone calls, and emails.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years experience in an administrative support role
An understanding of product distribution flow (not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Salary range: $38K – $40K DOE
