Position: Bilingual Receptionist / Placement & Marketing Specialist

Location: Twin Falls, Idaho (In-person)

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay rate: $14 per hour to start + $2.43 p/h benefits pay ($16.43 p/h) PLUS ANNUAL BONUS

Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized individual to join our Jerome office as a Bilingual Receptionist and Placement/Marketing Specialist. This entry-level role is vital to our staffing operations. As the first point of contact for applicants and client companies, you will provide exceptional customer service while helping support daily office activities that keep our team running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality, courtesy, and communication are essential. You will support the recruiting and placement functions, maintain relationships with existing clients, and assist with marketing and outreach efforts designed to help grow our office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system; provide information and route calls appropriately

  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and guests in a professional manner

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail for multiple staff members

  • Perform data entry and electronic file management

  • Assist with recruiting and enrolling new and existing applicants

  • Help fill customer job orders with qualified candidates

  • Update and maintain job postings, social media, and online recruiting platforms

  • Support client communication, follow-up, and basic marketing/sales activities

  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned


Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Knowledge of general office procedures

  • Strong data entry accuracy and speed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in customer service or a similar office role (preferred)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly required
