  • Night Shift 8:00 pm- 8:00 am
  • Temp to Hire
  • $24 P/H

Job Summary:

Safely and efficiently haul raw product and waste to and from plant.  Assist as needed unloading and loading trucks and supporting raw receiving area.

Duties:

  • Position trucks under trash auger/bin dumper
  • Coordinate with guard shack to decide where to dump trash
  • Haul in raw product from outside storage by bin or in bulk
  • Use forklift to load/unload trucks with empty or full bins
  • Run piler to fill trucks and storage facilities
  • Weigh in/out trucks
  • Scan in tickets
  • Tag totes
  • Routinely lift 50 lbs and on occasion lift 100 lbs
  • Work under instruction from the Raw receiving lead supporting the raw receiving area
  • Work in outside conditions
  • Use Komatsu loader to load trucks
  • Responsible to keep trucks/equipment in clean and working order. Must be able to wash, check fluids, tires, brakes to be sure they are adjusted and working properly and are not full of mud and debris.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene, follow GMP’s and keep a clean, safe and sanitary work place. Immediately report any situation that may cause product to be contaminated.
  • Display to the Guard your DFF-issued photo ID whenever entering the premises.  Report the loss of this ID card to the supervisor.  Do not give your ID card to any other individual.  Immediately report to the supervisor any suspicious activity by employees or visitors.

Requirements:

  •  Forklift Certification
  • CDL Class A
  • Air and Tanker endorsements
  • Safety conscious attitude and work performance
  • Able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Able to climb up into truck without injuring oneself
  • Must be able to work effectively and safely in a wet and hot/cold environment, indoors and outdoors
