This is a construction management position. The position includes such tasks as:
Daily scheduling of a 10+ person crew on multiple open jobs at a time.
Coordinating with construction schedules of approximately 5-20 jobs so that they flow with available crew.
Reconciling and verifying workers’ daily time tracking online.
Providing and collecting daily log sheets for employees who work on “Time & Materials” jobs.
Pre-ordering paint and materials for all active jobs.
Organizing pre-construction documents, including generating submittals for the contractor/architect/owner.
Attending pre-bid meetings and performing field take-offs.
Candidates must be proficient with basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, email, and web navigation. Candidates must also possess organizational skills, must create and update task lists, keep track of job progress and report to contractors and back to the office for accurate accounting, schedule self and others, and receive and return phone calls numerous times per day. People and leadership skills are also very important, as will work closely with employees and contractors. Salary range 32k-55k annually DOE. Resume required.
