The Data Entry Specialist will provide data and administrative support services to the vital records division.
-Data enter vital records information into databases
– Data enter customer orders
-Research and prepare orders
-Enter order notes into databases
– Answer overflow calls for vital records inquiries
– Transfer calls to appropriate offices
-Exceptional data entry skills
– Strong computer skills
– Strong telephone and communication skills
-Have a helpful, customer-focused attitude
This assignment is for a State Agency and has the possibility for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
$12.50 p/h to start
