Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is looking for motivated individuals for a Inside Sales Representative

Opening: Inside Sales Representative
Fastener industry and sales experience highly desired
Collaborate inter-departmentally to achieve customer quotes and sales ‐ team work
Follow‐up customers after sales to assess satisfaction and increase order frequency
Follow‐up customers after quotes to increase sales and improve order turn rate
Know well what you sell to make recommendations to customers and increase sales
Work within a framework of sales goals and achievement
Understand quality in parts manufacturing
Ability to understand customer parts documentation including prints
Comfortable with detail, numbers, calculating, analyzing to generate accurate quotes
Customer focused

Requirements:

• Clean Background
• Drug Free
• Relevant work experience

Full Time

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$16 to $20 per hour DOE
