• Full-time, day shift
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
• $17.80 per hour
• Remote Work- equipment provided

Duties:

• The Technical Records Specialist 2 (TRS2) provides first-level support to internal and external customers involved with Idaho’s Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS) and the launch of a personal immunization record access, which will work in conjunction with IRIS to allow individuals access to their immunization records through a secure app
• The TRS2 position will be on a team of help desk users and assist with launching the personal immunization record access
• Communicates known solutions to end-users by referencing existing process and policy documentation and escalates new issues and clarification or solutions to subject matter experts

Requirements:

• Excellent customer services skills
• Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors
• Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems
• Display reliability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism
• Experience interpreting and explaining complex directions to resolve issues
