A local North West Boise insurance company is searching for a Front Office Assistant to help answer phones, transfer calls and answer insurance questions once trained. The Office Assistant will be pulling files, data entry, scanning paper mail into eFile and other clerical tasks as needed.
– Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
– Must have excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
– Must have some experience in; Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
– Must be well organized and self-motivated
– Must have dependable transportation
