We are seeking and office assistant for a company in the Payette area that packages plastic molds. This position will be long term, temp to hire. We are seeking a reliable individual with at least 1 year of clerical experience in an office setting. The perfect individual will be willing to run errands all over the warehouse as well as have proficient computer skills. Must have strong skill in Microsoft office.

Admin Duties:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Billing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Business expenses
  • Quickbooks
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Conducting orientations
  • Inventory
  • Answering phones
  • Taking messages
  • Email/ Fax
  • Filing
  • Strong computer skills
  • Assisting with time cards
  • Customer service
  • Data entry

Requirements:

  • Drug free
  • Clean Bgs
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have High school education
  • Strong computer Skills
  • Experience in PowerPoint, Word, Office, Outlook
  • Quickbooks
  • Creating marketing flyers
