Office Administrator-Property Management Company
Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING an Office Administrator for a Property Management Company in Boise, ID
- Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5 pm
- $18.00- $20.00 p/h to start
- Temp to hire opportunity with a great Boise company!
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
- Answer phones, channel calls, take messages, and schedule appointments for showings
- Compile information from a variety of sources to prepare reports
- Act as a liaison between the company, contractors, and external customers
- Respond to inquiries and provide information on available properties
- Produce forms, routine letters, composes and signs business correspondence
- Verifies the accuracy of documents and rental applications
- Show rental properties on occasion
- Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- QuickBooks experience is highly desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Works well independently
- Attentive to detail
- Provides outstanding customer service to a diverse client base
