Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING an Office Administrator for a Property Management Company in Boise, ID

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5 pm
  • $18.00- $20.00 p/h to start
  • Temp to hire opportunity with a great Boise company!


  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
  • Answer phones, channel calls, take messages, and schedule appointments for showings
  • Compile information from a variety of sources to prepare reports
  • Act as a liaison between the company, contractors, and external customers
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information on available properties
  • Produce forms, routine letters, composes and signs business correspondence
  • Verifies the accuracy of documents and rental applications
  • Show rental properties on occasion
  • Other related tasks as assigned


  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • QuickBooks experience is highly desired
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Works well independently
  • Attentive to detail
  • Provides outstanding customer service to a diverse client base
