Now hiring for an Insurance agency located in Boise, Idaho.

The qualified candidate will assist the Principal and Agents by processing changes, renewals, making calls to clients, and maintaining all relevant duties such as directing clients and calls timely, professionally, and accurately.



  • 1 year minimum recent administrative experience
  • Basic data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Able to utilize a multi line phone system
  • Prepare proposals
  • Sort, prepare, and direct mail
  • Faxing, copying, scanning, filing
  • Prepare correspondence such as letters, claim follow ups, mailings, and appointment reminders
  • Schedule and maintain Principal’s appointment calendar and follow up’s with clients
  • Maintain time cards, payroll checks, agent commissions, accounts payable (taxes, office bills)
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (and how to navigate a sheet with pre-programmed formulas)
  • Able to pass a background check and be drug free

Position Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Full time and part time available seasonally, position will be part time only after Feb 2022

Pay Rate: $15/hour
