EXAMPLES OF DUTIES (Included but not limited to the following);

The Technical Records Specialist 2 (TRS2) provides first-level support to internal and external customers involved with Idaho’s Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS) and the launch of a personal immunization record access, which will work in conjunction with IRIS to allow individuals access to their immunization records through a secure app. The TRS2 position will be on a team of help desk users and assist with launching the personal immunization record access.

  • Requires excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Communicates known solutions to end-users by referencing existing process and policy documentation and escalates new issues and clarification or solutions to subject matter experts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.
  • Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems.
  • Display reliability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism
  • Experience interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
  • Must have reliable internet/wifi connection for remote work. All other computer equipment will be provided.
