Service Technician

Personnel Plus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician to join a growing service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing agricultural equipment in the shop, field, or at customer locations.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday Rotation: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Weekend rotation and on-call availability required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $21.00/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment with minimal supervision
  • Perform field service calls as needed
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Utilize CNH diagnostic software and service tools (EST, CNH Service Tools)
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Communicate repair status and service recommendations with customers and management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Stay current on technical training and product updates
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on agricultural equipment is required
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in indoor, outdoor, and farm environments
