Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring for a Bean Packaging Production Worker in Rupert, Idaho. This position involves operating production and packaging equipment in a food production facility. Duties include using a tote lifter to unload bulk beans, feeding tote bags into an open-mouth bagging machine, packaging and sealing bean products, and maintaining strict sanitation and food safety standards throughout the facility.

Pay & Schedule

  • Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour
  • After Probationary Period: Up to $16.00 per hour
  • Work only 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday)
  • Enjoy 4 days off every week
  • Additional shifts on Thursday or Friday may be required if production is behind schedule
  • Start Time: As early as 3:30 AM
  • End Time: Around 5:30 PM (hours may vary)

What you’ll do

  • Package and seal bags of beans using production equipment
  • Operate and monitor bagging and packaging machines
  • Use a tote lifter to unload bulk tote bags into an open-mouth bagging machine
  • Assist with packaging, sealing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
  • Follow detailed operating instructions and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Wash hands frequently and follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Use sanitation chemicals to clean and sanitize equipment at the end of each shift
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Ability to stand for 12+ hour shifts
  • Frequent twisting, turning, bending, and repetitive motion
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
