Conveyor Oven Cleaning Technician $20 p/h+ DOE

Personnel Plus, Inc. Boise, is NOW HIRING for Conveyor Oven Cleaning Technician!

 

  • Full-time hours (schedule to be determined)
  • $20.00+ per hour DOE
  • Opportunity for temp-to-hire
  • Local work throughout the Treasure Valley

Duties:

  • Professionally clean commercial conveyor ovens
  • Remove grease, carbon buildup, and food residue
  •  Clean and degrease oven hoods, ducts, and surrounding equipment as needed
  •  Operate pressure washers, scrapers, steam cleaners, and other specialized cleaning equipment
  •  Perform lockout/tagout procedures and ensure equipment is safely powered down before service
  •  Protect the surrounding kitchen equipment and surfaces during the cleaning process
  •  Inspect conveyor belts, bearings, and components for wear or damage and report concerns
  •  Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies at the end of each shift
  •  Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE
  •  Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  •  Prior experience cleaning commercial conveyor ovens required
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  •  Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
  •  Ability to work in confined spaces and on elevated surfaces when necessary
  •  Comfortable working in hot, greasy, and physically demanding environments
  •  Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  •  Basic math skills and the ability to complete documentation accurately
  •  Strong work ethic and reliability
  •  Ability to pass local and national background checks and drug screening
