Construction/Excavation Foreman $23-$30 DOE

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a Construction/Excavation Foreman in Nampa, ID

Duties:

Supervise and lead construction and excavation crews.
Coordinate daily job site activities and assign tasks.
Oversee concrete and asphalt flatwork projects.
Direct site preparation and excavation work.
Ensure proper form setting for concrete pours.
Supervise concrete placement, finishing, and curing.
Oversee asphalt installation and repair.
Perform and assist with general construction labor as needed.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
Communicate with project managers regarding job progress, materials, and scheduling.
Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous construction leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Experience with concrete and/or asphalt work preferred.
Knowledge of site preparation, excavation, and construction practices.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to pass a background
Ability to pass a drug screen
