Construction Painting Laborer-Nampa

Personnel Plus is now hiring for a Construction Painting Laborer in Nampa, ID

Our client is seeking a dependable construction painting laborer to assist with a residential painting and remodeling project. This position is a temporary project base assignment with future assignment opportunities.

Pay and Schedule: $20/hour Wednesday- Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with interior and exterior painting projects
  • Move and transport materials throughout the job site
  • Load and unload materials such as trim, doors, lumber, and supplies
  • Set up and take down sawhorses, work tables, and other equipment
  • Prepare work areas for painting and construction
  • Assist painters and other crew members as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Dispose of debris and maintain a safe job site
  • Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE
  • Perform any other general labor duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Previous construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
  • Must be able to work safely around tools and construction equipment
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
