Demolition Clean up Laborer

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a DEMOLITION CLEANUP LABORER (as needed) 

 

  • Pay $20-$25
  • Day and Night Shifts available
  • Temporary/ As-Needed
  • 1 day to 2-week assignments
  • Competitive pay

 

DUTIES:

  • Perform general cleanup of demolition sites, including removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and waste to designated disposal areas
  • Assist with basic demolition tasks such as tearing out structures, flooring, drywall, and fixtures
  • Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment (shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, etc.)
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Sort and separate recyclable materials when applicable
  • Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and organized at the end of each shift
  • And other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more consistently
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability (punctual and dependable)
  • Basic knowledge of construction or demolition work preferred but not required
  • Must adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Ability to pass a background
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
