General Laborer-Rack Assembler

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a General Laborer-Rack Assembler in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking hardworking, dependable General Laborers to join their growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity! This position offers a day shift schedule, overtime opportunities, and the potential to become a permanent employee with an outstanding benefits package.

Pay & Schedule

  • $20.00 + per hour DOE
  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays as needed
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Temporary Assignment

 

Job Duties

  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with construction, warehouse, manufacturing, and production projects.
  • Assemble rack systems for dock doors.
  • Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after projects.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Observe all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Able to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Must be able to follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Drug-free workplace.
