Personnel Plus, Inc., is now hiring a Janitor in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking a dependable Industrial Janitor to help maintain a clean and safe manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering paid, on-the-job training and excellent benefits upon hire.

Pay and schedule: $19/hour. Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy three-day weekends with overtime opportunities available!

What you’ll do:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility
  • Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, corridors, and manufacturing areas
  • Complete daily duties according to established cleaning schedules
  • Organize and maintain janitorial supplies and work areas
  • Safely complete routine and non-routine cleaning and sanitation tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow quality-assurance and workplace safety policies
  • Willingness to immediately report potential safety concerns to management
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
