Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING a Machine Operator in Payette, ID

Duties:

Operate and monitor plastic molding machines to produce quality parts.
Set and adjust machine settings, including cycle times, temperatures, and pressures.
Perform quality inspections throughout production runs.
Complete machine setups and ensure proper materials and tooling are available.
Inspect molds and tooling for wear or damage and report maintenance needs.
Identify the proper tooling required for pending production.
Document repairs/maintenance of tools and report to management.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Resume Submittal
Minimum 3 years of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read, follow, and communicate work instructions effectively.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to walk up and down short platforms and stairs
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass a drug screen; be drug free
