Print Specialist / Store Manager

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a PRINT SPECIALIST / STORE MANAGER in Caldwell, Idaho

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • $18-$26 per hour
  • 9am-5pm

DUTIES:
• Oversee daily print production workflows, ensuring timely completion of marketing materials, signage, copies, and promotional products
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store employees and print technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate and produce print services including digital printing, copying, large-format printing, binding, laminating, scanning, graphic design support, and finishing services
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure an organized and efficient workspace
• Ensure quality control of all printed materials, including color accuracy, layout, and presentation
• Assist with graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Promote print, shipping, and business services to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company policies, shipping procedures, and safety standards
• Support local marketing and business development initiatives
• Work closely with ownership to support operational goals
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–5+ years of retail management experience preferred
• Previous printing, shipping, copy center, or UPS/FedEx store experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with print production equipment and workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of layout design, typography, branding, and color theory
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and POS systems
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Drug-free
