Administrative Assistant – Boise

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Administrative Assistant in Boise, Idaho

Our client, a local office providing counseling and psychological services, is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist. This is an immediate-opening, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for additional hours.

Pay and schedule: $16–$17/hour, depending on experience. Monday–Friday, either 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

What you’ll do:

Professionally greet and assist clients and visitors
Answer incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Complete data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents
Assist with email communication and general office support
Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area organized
Provide administrative support to office staff and management
Follow company policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer-service, or office experience is preferred
Ability to pass a drug screening
