Restoration Technician Apprentice
Personnel Plus, Inc of Twin Falls is hiring a Restoration Apprentice in Twin Falls, Idaho to help the victims of disasters such as fires, flooding, and mold growth.
Pay and Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 40+ hours
- Day Shift
What you’ll do:
Content and Mitigation:
- Packing, Loading and Transport
- Dis-assembly and re-assembly
- Dry and Wet Cleaning
- Inventory and chain of custody of client belongings
- Deodorization
- Ambient Air filtration
- Removing and disposing of debris
- Fire and water contents cleaning
- Tile cleaning and resealing
- Controlled Demolition
- Baseboard and carpet cushion removal
- Carpet seam cutting
- Carpet protection
- Water pumping and extraction
- Mold remediation
- Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)
- Vapor Barrier
- Setting drying equipment
- Constructing polyethylene enclosures
- Containment construction and maintenance
- Dry-Tracking
- Moisture Mapping and recording moisture readings
Repairs:
- Drywall Installation
- Painting
- Cabinet Installation
- Controlled demolition
- Baseboard & carpet cushion removal
- Setting doors and Windows
- Trim Finish Work
- Insulation
- Flooring Installation
Customer Service
- Respond to clients questions and concerns via phone call and email as needed
- Input data into system as needed
What you’ll need:
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50+lbs
- Ability to climb, crawl, stand, stoop, kneel, move/traverse, bend and reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate hand and electric tools
