Scanner / Stamper / Warehouse Associate – Receiving

Personnel Plus, Inc. is currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Scanner/Stamper/Warehouse Associate for the Receiving Department. This position is responsible for processing incoming shipments, inspecting materials, scanning and labeling products, and assisting with general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming FedEx and freight shipments
  • Scan, stamp, and label products accurately
  • Separate and organize boxes according to shipping categories and labels
  • Verify shipping labels and packing slips for accuracy
  • Inspect products for quality and ensure items are free from bugs or insects
  • Weigh, tag, and prepare products for storage or processing
  • Place items into designated bins for washing, brushing, and warehouse storage
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete data entry tasks
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Other duties may be assigned

Work Environment

This role involves working in both warehouse and office settings. Duties may require:

  • Standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • Pushing and pulling materials
  • Lifting up to 60 pounds

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good keyboarding and data entry abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
