Personnel Plus Inc., is now hiring a flexible and dependable Security Officers to help cover employee call-ins, vacations, and sick leave. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property through patrols, monitoring, reporting, and traffic control.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15.00–$17.50/hour DOE
• Hours: 36–40+ hours per week
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts
  • Day shift or graveyard shift
• Schedule Requirements: Must be highly flexible and available for on-call coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol property and monitor premises
• Monitor surveillance systems and access points
• Permit authorized entry to facilities
• Report irregularities, violations, or suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and emergencies
• Direct traffic and assist drivers when needed
• Complete incident and activity reports
• Interview witnesses and obtain signatures as necessary
• Monitor building and equipment controls
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Follow company policies and legal/security procedures
• Support team operations as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Strong reliability and flexibility
• Ability to work long shifts, including nights and weekends
• Good observation and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
