Skilled Construction Demolition Worker- Nampa

Personnel Plus is seeking experienced Skilled Construction Demolition Workers in Nampa, ID

Our client is seeking experienced Skilled Construction Demolition Workers for a temporary, approximately five-week construction demolition project. Workers will assist with demolition activities, moving and handling metal materials, and supporting the crew with various construction-related tasks.

Pay and Schedule: $24 per hour| Monday-Friday| Days shift| Temporary; Project based

What you’ll do:

  • Perform general construction and demolition work
  • Safely move, handle, and organize metal materials
  • Assist with demolition and dismantling activities
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed
  • Use a hot saw and/or steel-cutting saw when qualified
  • Assist with material removal and cleanup
  • Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a crew
  • Follow all job-site safety procedures and requirements
  • Properly use required fall protection equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Any other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Previous construction, demolition, or similar skilled labor experience required
  • Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to safely move and handle metal materials
  • Experience using a hot saw or steel-cutting saw is a plus
  • Forklift experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and following fall-protection requirements
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow instructions
  • Must be dependable and able to commit to the approximately five-week project

IMPORTANT:

Safety is a major priority on this project. All workers are expected to follow safety procedures, use required PPE, and comply with all fall-protection requirements.
