Waterproofing Laborer

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for Waterproofing Laborer, in Nampa ID

  • Full-Time, 40+ Hours Per Week with Overtime Available
  • 5–6 Days Per Week (Hours May Vary)
  • Temporary with the potential temp to hire
  • Nampa; surrounding area at various locations
  • $20.00 per hour

DUTIES:

  • Assist contractors with waterproofing and sealing applications.
  • Apply caulking to window frames, entryways, floors, and other surfaces.
  • Tape and mask straight lines to ensure clean, professional finishes.
  • Apply molasses-type waterproofing sealants and coatings.
  • Fill floor joints, cracks, and gaps using approved materials.
  • Prepare, organize, and pack materials and tools for job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow instructions and quality standards to ensure projects are completed correctly.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Entry-level position; no experience required, willing to train
  • Open backgrounds considered.
  • Must be able to complete a brief interview/meet-and-greet with the contractor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on construction and general labor tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to pass physical assessment
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
