Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring Semi-Trailer Assemblers in Boise, Idaho

Our client is seeking dependable Semi-Trailer Assemblers to join their team building industry-leading semi-trailers! We’re looking for hands-on individuals who enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a team. No need to be an expert—we’re looking for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Ready to build something you can be proud of? Join the team and help build quality semi-trailers from the ground up!

Pay and Schedule: Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM — $19/hour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble, fit, trim, and prepare semi-trailer components
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools
  • Read work orders and parts lists to complete assemblies accurately
  • Measure and check components for proper fit and quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Must be drug-free
