Building Maintenance and Landscaping- Twin Falls

Personnel Plus, Inc Twin Falls is hiring for a  building maintenance and exterior landscaper with supervisory experience and interest in leading a small crew in this position in Twin Falls Idaho.

Pay and Schedule:

  • Day Shifts
  • 7:00 am-4:00 pm
  • Monday – Friday

What you’ll do:

  • landscaping Upkeep- mow lawns, pull weeds, edge hedges and shrubs, fertilize as needed
  • Maintain the life of plants on property as needed
  • Sweep walkways, clear parking lots and paths of debris
  • Wash and make repairs to exteriors of building as needed
  • Operate, clean and maintain tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and power washers
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Work overtime as required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Be drug free
  • Must have at least GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, and squat for long periods of time on uneven ground/ sidewalks/ gravel
