Harvest Field Workers – Twin Falls

Personnel Plus Inc, Twin Falls is hiring for Field Workers in Twin Falls, Idaho to support the harvest season.

Pay and schedule:

  • Day Shifts
  • 7:30am-4pm
  • 40+ hours
  • $17/hour

What you’ll do:

  • Perform manual tasks like planting, weeding, harvesting, or digging
  • Operate, inspect, and clean tools and heavy equipment, such as thrashers
  • Pulling crates
  • Cleaning seeds
  • Filling Trays
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Work overtime as required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Be drug free
  • Must have at least GED or High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and squat for long periods of time on uneven ground
