Mail+Delivery Specialist – Boise

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring Mail + Delivery Specialists in Boise, Idaho!

Our client, a busy local mail distribution and delivery company, is seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy a combination of warehouse work and local driving while providing exceptional service to customers throughout the Treasure Valley.

Pay and schedule: $18.00 per hour. Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (may vary)

What you’ll do:

  • Sort, organize, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and parcels for delivery.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring packages are handled safely and accurately.
  • Complete local deliveries and pickups throughout the Treasure Valley using a company vehicle.
  • Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and general housekeeping.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or customer service is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
