Maintenance Crew Members

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for Maintenance Crew Member in Caldwell, ID

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00am-6:00pm
• $17 per hour
• Temp to Hire
• Reduced winter hours (Nov–Feb).

DUTIES:
• Mow, trim, and edge to company specifications.
• Prune shrubs and trees to shape, and to improve growth.
• Remove trash, weeds, and refuse from property.
• Sprays beds with fertilizers, herbicides, using backpack or truck mounted sprayers.
• Remove limbs, pruned refuse, leaves, and twigs.
• Plants various landscape plants and trees according to instructions.
• Performs ground maintenance duties, using tractor mowers, hand mowers, fertilizer spreaders, and various landscape power tools (excluding chainsaws).
• Sharpens mower blades and tools.
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school education of GED
• Valid Idaho driver’s license (preferred, but not required)
• Clean driving record (preferred, but not required)
• Some knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Some knowledge of transportation and of maintenance equipment,
• Ability to follow oral or written instructions, as well as make decisions in difficult situations.
• Ability to work together with other team members to meet company standards every day.
• Ability to pass a physical
• Drug-free
