Production Assistant – Data Entry/Order Processing $20-$23 p/h DOE

Personnel Plus, Inc. Boise, is NOW HIRING for a Production Assistant

• Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm
• $20.00-$23.00 p/h, DOE

Duties:
• Perform accurate data entry for production orders, inventory, and job tracking
• Process and update customer orders within the ERP system
• Assist the Production Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Prepare and organize production documents, work orders, and job packets
• Coordinate pulling and staging of materials for production runs
• Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is up to date and accessible
• Communicate with production, inventory, and administrative teams to ensure workflow accuracy
• Assist with tracking production schedules and deadlines
• Support inventory control efforts, including data updates and basic cycle counts
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
• Help identify and communicate discrepancies or issues in orders or materials
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of administrative, data entry, or production support experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Basic understanding of production or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions closely
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed for staging materials
• Be drug-free
• Pass a background check
