Quality Inspector – Boise
Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring a Quality Inspector in Boise, Idaho
Our client, a reputable local company, is immediately hiring a Quality Control Inspector to inspect machined and fabricated components and support quality initiatives throughout production. This is a full-time career opportunity offering excellent weekday hours, advancement potential, and employer-paid benefits upon hire.
Pay and schedule: Starting at $18/hour or more, depending on experience. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Enjoy weekends off!

What you’ll do:
- Perform in-process and final quality-control inspections
- Ensure machined and fabricated components meet customer specifications
- Gather and compile quality data for First Article Inspections
- Help maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Read customer packaging requirements and verify final packaging
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and customers by phone, email, and online systems
- Assist with quality documentation, reporting, and tracking
- Support production and quality initiatives across departments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Previous quality-assurance or quality-control experience
- Experience using precision measuring tools, such as CMMs, height gauges, profilometers, and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is highly preferred
- GD&T knowledge is a plus
- Experience with tubing, pipes, valves, or fittings is helpful but not required
- SolidWorks or QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
