Retail Shipping Clerk $15.00 p/h Ontario, OR – IMMEDIATE OPENING

Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING for a Pack and Ship Clerk in Ontario, OR

  • Full time; Monday- Friday
  • 8am-6pm
  • Long term
  • $15 per hour

Duties:

  • Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, and copying
  • Prepare and process packages (pack, label, weigh, ship)
  • Answer questions about services and pricing
  • Use copiers, printers, and other office equipment
  • Handle payments and complete transactions
  • Answer phones and assist with general inquiries
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Help customers find legal forms (no legal advice)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable and on time
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Pass a background check
  • Be drug- free
