Pay and Schedule: Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, fit, trim, and prepare semi-trailer components
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to complete assemblies
  • Read work orders and parts lists to ensure accurate production
  • Measure and inspect components for proper fit and quality
  • Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
