It is an important part of Personnel Plus, Inc. Drug-Free Workplace Policy and all clients are encouraged to perform pre-employment drug tests. Personnel Plus must maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Employees who work under the influence of drugs or alcohol present a safety hazard to themselves and their co-workers. The presence of drugs and alcohol in the workplace also limits productivity and efforts to maintain high product quality. The costs for pre-employment drug screening are nominal. We comply fully with drug screening of all our new employees before placing them including random and post-accident drug testing. We are also D.O.T. Compliant providing pre-employment drug/alcohol testing AND complete D.O.T. Files.
OFFICE SKILLS TESTING
This is offered by Personnel Plus, Inc. on software packages, accounting, and clerical skills. These evaluations are included in the services bundled to our clients, but can also be purchased ” à la carte” at a very reasonable rate for those businesses wishing to hire staff directly.
We provide OSHA training customized to fit your business. This includes employee orientation, group training, and individual training.
Employee testing is available in various forms such as clerical, cashier and deli, accounting, typing, and forklift. Personnel Plus can also custom design a testing program suited for your particular business.
BEHAVIORAL PROFILE TESTING
Designed to measure attitude and aptitude and can be customized to meet the individual needs of each business. These tests include such measurements as customer service, sales ability, work ethic, workplace personality, etc.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING
