Bilingual Receptionist

Personnel Plus of Twin Falls is HIRING for Bilingual Receptionists in Jerome Idaho

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office; follow procedures when guests arrive and lead Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
Answer multi-line telephone system, screen calls while providing information and transferring callers to appropriate persons
Greets and directs visitors and guests
Maintains the clean, professional appearance of our reception area
Sort, distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail for multiple staff
Data entry and electronic file management
Other administrative support tasks, as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software, multi-line phone systems, scanners, and other general office equipment
Displays outstanding customer service skills
Uses professional, friendly telephone etiquette
Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment
Excellent communication skills
Spanish Bilingual speaker

Qualifications:

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Bilingual Spanish speaker

Work Location: In person
