Experienced Carpenter/Drywall Installer $22.00+ p/h to start! IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

  • Long-term temporary assignment lasting 6 months, possibly longer into early 2025.
  • Day shift, Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm
  • $22.00 – $23.00 p/h $DOE$

Duties: Primarily focused on all aspects of building reconstruction and hanging drywall.

  • Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels according to design plans
  • Make sure panels and tiles are all fastened correctly to support structures
  • Patch, trim, and even out any rough spots or edges to get ready for tape and sealing compounds to cover joints between wall-boards
  • Sweeping, picking up trash, and other materials
  • Properly use hand and power tools to install doors, framework, and other hardware etc..
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Clean background
  • Drug-free
  • Minimum of three years of experience with carpentry and hanging drywall
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must have a registered & insured vehicle to park on the military base
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and properly lift up to 50lbs.
