Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING a Part-Time Administrative Assistant
- Monday- Friday, 1 pm – 5 pm
- $25.00 p/h
- Long-term assignment with potential
Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Greet visitors and provide general support
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Order and manage office supplies and promotional materials
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Light custodial tasks
- Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of agriculture or the beef industry a plus, but not required
- A valid Idaho Driver’s License
- Drug-free and able to pass a background check
