Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING Route Helpers for recycling routes in Mountain Home!

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday from 6:00 am until done (as late as 6:30 pm)
  • OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE!
  • $20.00 p/h
  • Temporary assignment for up to 3+ weeks in Mountain Home, ID

Duties:

  • Assist the driver in providing prompt, courteous, and complete debris removal services for customers on designated residential routes
  • Ride on the truck and safely assist the driver on city routes
  • Safely load leaf bags, poly carts, carry bags, and containers into the truck
  • Operate various levers and handles to activate the lift and load mechanisms
  • Climb on/off the trucks to load, lift, and carry recycling bags/waste containers for proper disposal
  • Perform other job-related duties

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for shift duration
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
  • Drug-Free
  • Work and communicate well in a team environment
