Personnel Plus is NOW HIRING 1 Sanitation Tech in Fruitland, ID

  • IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts; 3x12s and 1x6hr
  • Graveyard 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
  • Overtime may be required
  • $13.50 p/h to start
  • No experience needed, ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING!
  • Temp to hire opportunity with benefits!

Duties:

  • Supports sanitation and hygienic production at an Individually Quick-Frozen Processor
  • Keeps all work areas free of product and debris using brooms, squeegees, etc.
  • Keeps decks and docks clean and organized
  • Thoroughly cleans all manufacturing equipment
  • Sanitize walls, floors, ceilings, windows, etc. in the facility
  • Maintain necessary records and sanitation logs
  • Promote health and safety in the facility
  • Understand and follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Immediately report any situation that may cause product contamination
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Required to stand for shift duration (12-hour shift)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, and perform various repetitive motions
  • Ability to travel efficiently about the facility
  • Wear proper PPE during the entire shift
  • Work safely and effectively in a wet, hot, and cold work environment
