Van Fleet Cleaner: 10am–7pm, Monday- Friday $16.00 p/h

  • Working hours are Monday- Friday, 10 am – 7 pm
  • $16.00 per hour to start
  • Meridian, Idaho job site location

 DUTIES:

  • Washing the van body, windows, mirrors, and undercarriage using specialized cleaning equipment
  • Sanitizing all surfaces
  • Vacuuming floors, seats, and upholstery, wiping down surfaces like handrails, door handles, and windows
  • Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
  • Performing more thorough cleaning procedures like shampooing seats or removing stains, as needed
  • Identifying any damage or maintenance issues on the vehicles and reporting them to supervisors
  • Adhering to proper chemical handling procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment
  • Moving vans as needed for fueling, maintenance, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid driver’s license with a good driving/safety record
  • Minimum of 21 years of age for insurance purposes
  • Be drug-free
  • Able to pass a background check
  • The ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and twist, occasionally lifting to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Basic cleaning knowledge and experience
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment like pressure washers, vacuums, mops, etc.
