Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING a Bilingual Receptionist for a Law Firm in Meridian, ID


  • Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm
  • Excellent temp-to-hire opportunity in Meridian, ID
  • $20.00 p/h to start


  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls
  • Greet and assist all guests of the office
  • Maintain the appearance of the lobby and all common areas
  • Operate standard office equipment, including PCs, copiers, etc.
  • Keep detailed, accurate notes of clients’ requests and calls received in the case-management software
  • Maintain the general office filing system
  • Multi-task and prioritize without guidance
  • Process payments received in person and through mail, and issue receipts
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including document processing, phone system management, new-client intakes, and calendar management
  • Perform other administrative duties necessary to keep the office running



  • Formal Spanish and English Fluency
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and professional
  • Understanding basic office management practices
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
  • Typing at 40+ words per minute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred, associate’s degree or two-year degree equivalent
  • Preferred, two years in an office environment
